The Medical Supplies Department in King Saud Medical City achieved a pioneering accomplishment in the Kingdom's regions by obtaining the ISO certification. Dr. Nabil bin Abdulaziz Al-Qusaibi, the General Supervisor of King Saud Medical City, received the ISO certificate from His Excellency the Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization, Mr. Nabil bin Amin Mulla, yesterday.

On the other hand, Dr. Khaled Al-Redadi, the Assistant General Supervisor of the Medical Supplies Department at the City, stated: "ISO consists of a set of specifications that provide necessary requirements and guidelines for establishing quality management systems. It aims to provide services that meet specific requirements and to evaluate these systems. It is a flexible system whose goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by strict control of product quality and adherence to it." He concluded by expressing his gratitude to the General Supervisor for his continuous support and to the efforts and cooperation of the staff in the Medical Supplies Department.
